Return Policy

At Lisa and Mark Melbourne, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. This document outlines our return policy clearly.


Conditions for Returns

  • You may only register a return after physically receiving the item.

  • Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer, including international shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Fitting the item is allowed, but wearing it is not.

  • Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them is not permitted.


Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return request via info@lisamarkmelbourne.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You must send the item back at your own cost, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.


Refunds

After receiving the item at the return address and approving the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking indicates the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for any issues that arise.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
